Operations Executive

• You’re able to make fast decisions with incomplete information.
• When asked to get X done by Y, you’ll either get it done or ask for help; but you never let things fall through the cracks.
• You were previously responsible for and operated a business, a non-profit or at least a student association.
• You hired before and let people go before.
• The best part of this role: You’ll work directly with the founders. You’ll learn a lot.
• The worst part of this role: You’ll work directly with the founders. It’s intense.
• You’re a native English speaker or lived in an English speaking country for at least 3 years.
• You’ve done business in the US. Over e-mail and over phone.
• AI is part of how you work. You know where to use Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Grok. How to use deep research. When to reach for Claude Code and when for Cursor.
• You’re used to getting some work done over the weekends. That’s just how you’re wired.
• You’re smart. You’re able to learn about a new domain and execute outside of your comfort zone.
• You have an eye for detials. You notice small things others miss.
• You’re the calming element to an office drama.
• You’re a grown up. You get stuff done. You play to win.
• You’re based in Europe. You can fly to Prague often.
• You read this and you think to yourself: “I would’ve written a better job description.”

• You’ll help to operate a fast growing startup.
• You’ll be the backbone of our sales, customer service, and customer success teams.
• You’ll help to operate our data centers. We’ll teach you what you need to know.
• You’ll help to operate multiple international legal entities.
• You’ll hire & let go people.
• You’ll organize events.
• You will represent the company.
• You’ll review contracts, with the help of our lawyers and AI.
• You’ll work through compliance: keeping our data safe while not introducing burden on the team.
• You’ll have to work around crazy time zones. Our team is spread around the world and so are our customers. Some calls will be scheduled for uncomfortable hours.
• We’re a tiny team, your work will be visible like a crater.
• You’re not hiring yourself a team on day one. But you can hire as many AI agents as you need immediately. We’ll help you set up AI native workflows.

• You’ll work with surprisingly competent people across the board.
