As a CS Operations Agent, you’ll resolve questions about rides, food orders, rentals, accounts, and payments through chat, email, or voice. You’ll work to give customers clear, accurate answers while meeting response and resolution targets. You’ll also keep support tickets accurate, flag issues with tools or processes, and share what you learn with your team to help improve the support experience across Bolt’s services.
