Insurance at Bolt isn't a back-office function. Across 50+ markets, 200M+ customers, and multiple verticals, it's a real lever on cost, risk, and product. We're looking for a Head of Insurance to own our group insurance demand end to end: building the strategy, running the placement cycle, and turning insurance into a commercial enabler across ride-hailing, delivery, micromobility, and financial services.
