We're building an AI-supported accounting service within Bolt's New Bets group to make high-quality accounting accessible to thousands of small businesses. By combining technology with the expertise of accountants, we're looking to reduce repetitive accounting work while ensuring that important financial decisions remain in expert hands. As our first Senior Accounting Lead, you'll have a unique role: providing accounting services while helping shape how those services are delivered. You'll work closely with our Product and Engineering teams, bringing your accounting expertise to help improve and automate accounting processes, establish the right accounting rules and ensure the platform supports accurate and compliant accounting. If you've worked across Nordic or Baltic markets, helped introduce or improve accounting technology, or enjoy finding ways to make accounting processes more efficient through automation and AI, you'll have the opportunity to apply that experience while influencing how the service develops. You'll start by working hands-on with clients while establishing the foundations for an accounting operation that can grow over time. As the service expands, you'll build and lead the accounting team, with the processes and standards you establish becoming the blueprint for future markets.
