We're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead our Riders Lifecycle team and own the strategy that drives rider acquisition, activation, and retention. As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you'll manage a team of specialists, oversee 10,000+ automated communications across 50+ markets, and partner closely with our Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to make our outreach smarter and more impactful. This is a high-ownership role for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution — someone who's as comfortable digging into campaign data as they are presenting a quarterly roadmap to senior stakeholders.
