As Operations Specialist, you'll own the commercial growth engine of our German business: finding, building and scaling the partnerships, programs and pilots that make Bolt the obvious choice for riders. You'll spot opportunities most people miss, whether that's an airport partnership, a loyalty perk that changes retention, or a demand deal that unlocks a new customer segment, and turn them into initiatives with measurable impact on our marketplace. You'll bring operational ownership and analytical rigor to the role, reviewing metrics, forecasting and reporting on what's working, and drive growth through Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Loyalty Programs, airports and venues, and cross-functional product launches that improve the rider experience.
