We are looking for an analytical and solutions-driven Operations Specialist to use the data provided to form business insights, spot potential for development and recommend changes in the business in order to improve the quality, compliance and efficiency of driver, vehicle and fleet partner registration processes for our ride-hailing operations in Poland. You will be working closely with the Operations Manager(s) and the Driver Growth team, where your work will have a direct impact on business growth by achieving quality, compliance and vendor performance milestones and key metrics.
