We're looking for a Strategy and Operations Manager to help turn Bolt's People strategy into measurable outcomes and scalable ways of working. In this role, you'll drive operational excellence across the People function, lead the adoption of AI-powered tools, and build the frameworks that help teams set goals, measure success, and deliver impact at scale. Reporting to the VP of People, you'll operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, technology, and analytics. You'll work closely with People leaders, Finance, FP&A, and senior stakeholders across the business to ensure priorities are translated into clear plans, measurable outcomes, and consistent execution. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, building systems from the ground up, and using technology to improve how teams operate.
