You'll work closely with the Senior Operations Manager to strengthen driver engagement, improve Trust & Safety performance, and enhance the overall driver experience across Romania. You'll own initiatives ranging from driver communications, feedback programs, community engagement, and strategic partnerships to rewards programs that increase driver satisfaction, retention, and marketplace quality. Success in this role means building an engaged driver community, improving Trust & Safety outcomes, and delivering initiatives that strengthen driver loyalty, retention, and marketplace quality.
