We’re looking for a motivated Senior Analyst, Driver Growth to join our Bolt Rides team. As part of the Driver Growth domain, you’ll support sustainable supply growth and driver retention initiatives that contribute to the growth and success of our Rides marketplace. The role combines driver engagement, operational execution, process improvement, relationship management, and supporting initiatives that help more drivers join Bolt and stay with us. This role is a good match for you if you’re a driven, analytical and hands-on individual with strong operational experience and a practical approach to problem-solving.
