You will own cost management and financial operations for Bolt Poland, run month-end closing for the local team with support from the central team, and build the quarterly forecasts and monthly cost reports that leadership relies on. You'll partner closely with Finance, vendors, and other domain teams, supporting them with financial models for their projects, and design the scalable processes that keep this function running smoothly as we grow.
