Poland is one of Bolt's largest and most strategically significant markets in Europe — a complex, multi-city business requiring genuine enterprise leadership. As Senior General Manager , you will own the full P&L, drive sustainable profitability, and lead Bolt's next chapter of growth across the country. You will be the most senior in-country decision-maker, reporting to the Regional Director, and acting as Bolt's face with regulators, media, and commercial partners. We're looking for a leader with genuine general management experience — someone who has owned a P&L at scale, built teams, and driven growth with commercial rigour. This role demands entrepreneurial ambition, sharp analytical thinking, and the credibility to represent Bolt externally with regulators, partners, and media.
