We are looking for a solutions-driven Senior Operations Specialist who combines a strong analytical foundation with the ability to independently lead projects end-to-end to support with our Riders domain. You will turn data into business insights, spot development opportunities, and drive the initiatives that act on them: aligning cross-functional teams, managing internal and external stakeholders, and delivering measurable impact on supply and demand for our ride-hailing operations in Poland. You will work closely with the Operations Manager(s) and act as a go-to owner for complex, multi-stakeholder projects. In this role you will directly shape how Bolt operates in Poland. The processes we run, the initiatives we prioritize, and how we scale with a visible impact on business growth and key metrics.
