We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join Bolt’s Groceries team and support the continued growth of our grocery vertical and dark-store operations. In this role, you will coordinate purchasing activities across three markets — Estonia, Romania and Poland — working closely with each country’s Supply Chain Specialist, local suppliers and HQ teams to maintain strong product availability across our stores. This is a hands-on operational role where accuracy, organisation and timely follow-up are essential. You will manage purchase orders, monitor fulfilment and supplier performance, help resolve delivery and invoice issues, and support performance analysis and forecasting adjustments. You should be comfortable managing several priorities simultaneously, communicating with stakeholders across different markets and taking ownership of issues until they are resolved. The role follows a hybrid working setup, with required working hours from 8:00 to 16:00, and reports to the Country Supply Chain Manager.
