Help keep Bolt’s live customer support operations steady when it matters most. As a Safety & Control Center Specialist, you’ll monitor sensitive queues, handle urgent safety and authority cases, and step in to help agents prevent backlogs and SLA breaches. You’ll spot risks during your shift, keep WFM and Team Leads informed, and provide clear reports and handovers. By identifying recurring issues and gaps in procedures, you’ll also help improve how critical cases are handled across user groups and geographies.
