What you will be doingEquiLibre has a small world-class team of AI researchers applying their knowledge to financial markets. Your job will be to conduct AI/ML research alongside some of the best researchers in the field. You will be a leader in pushing new techniques, new architectures, and new ideas in a domain quite unlike any other in machine learning.Desired qualifications- Extensive track record of ML research, either in academia or in industry. Evidence of quality contributions (academic papers, Github repos of personal research, etc).- Solid technical foundation in math, probability, and computer science.- Experienced with using agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc) as a force multiplier.- Stays connected to modern developments in ML, can go deep in at least one field.What you enjoy at work- Working in a small highly-integrated team, building new things at a very high velocity.- Leveraging massive compute to solve hard problems.- Thinking deeply about problem selection.
