What you will be doingEquiLibre has a small world-class team of AI researchers applying their knowledge to financial markets. Your job will be to support researchers by making our training infrastructure run fast and efficiently. This will involve a variety of activities. You might be digging into the details of the GPU software stack to find optimizations, building proofs-of-concept for new architectures and training methods, and also collaborating with researchers on running experiments.Desired qualifications- Demonstrated ability to work on the full ML stack (GPUs, tooling, cloud infrastructure, learning algorithms).- Experience with deep learning projects.- Experienced with using agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc) as a force multiplier.- Ability to pick up new technologies quickly to deliver compute infrastructure improvements.What you enjoy at work- Making GPUs go brrr.- Debugging large-scale distributed systems, going up and down the abstraction stack.- Training and optimizing modern large machine learning models.- Driving new ideas to the finish line, seeing them working well in production.
