What you will be doingEquiLibre is expanding its on-prem ML compute cluster, and we need you to help us do that. From defining and refining the architecture to our ever-changing needs, to setting up the devops and monitoring infrastructure, all the way to managing the day-to-day functioning of the cluster, you will be a key contributor in all aspects of the process. This can even include running ML experiments to verify functionality and performance.Desired qualifications- Experience with some of Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, GCP/AWS/Azure, SSO/IAM.- Ability to pick up new ML and compute infra technologies quickly and deliver improvements to the compute infrastructure.- Experience using agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) as a force multiplier.- Experience with writing production code in some of Bash, Python, C++.What you enjoy at work- Working in a small highly-integrated team, building new things at a very high velocity.- Debugging large scale distributed systems, making them run as efficiently as possible.- Working closely with the research team to understand how the compute is being used, and helping them use it better.
