As the Founding GTM Operator at Known, you will work directly with the founders to scale an AI-driven consumer product that replaces swiping with deep human connection. You’ll own growth initiatives from 0-1, building community and scaling user-generated content to reach the first 100,000 users for a transformative social platform.

What You Will Do

• Design and execute the 0-1 go-to-market strategy to scale Known’s user base to its first 100,000 users across major US launch cities.
• Scale a user-generated content (UGC) program involving thousands of creators to drive organic growth and brand awareness among target demographics.
• Build a beloved consumer brand community by organizing matchmaking event series and establishing strategic brand partnerships in launch cities.
  
  

The ideal candidate

• 1-4 years of experience in early-stage startups, management consulting, investment banking, or another high-performance, fast-paced professional environment.
• A systems-minded operator with strong consumer product instincts who thrives in ambiguity and has a track record of building from zero.
• Exceptional written and verbal communicator capable of managing complex stakeholder relationships and conveying the brand's unique mission and voice.
