- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to influence the product roadmap based on direct feedback from critical enterprise accounts.
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing pre-sales or post-sales roles, ideally within financial services, credit, or a high-growth fintech environment.
- Proven track record in "0-to-1" environments where you have successfully navigated ambiguity to define ideal customer profiles and scalable integration processes.
- Technically proficient with a working knowledge of RESTful APIs, JavaScript, and scripting languages like Python to lead credible discussions with engineering teams.
