- 5+ years of experience building production software, including several years as an engineering leader, founder, or first engineer at a high-growth startup.
- Deep expertise in regulated fintech environments, having navigated payments, banking, or lending systems while maintaining rigorous standards for reliability and idempotency.
- AI-native builder who has successfully shipped LLM-powered systems into production and uses modern AI tooling to outpace traditional engineering teams.
