You will move fluidly between foundational research and practical system-building, creating capabilities across the full robot learning stack—from perception and language to real-world hardware deployment for dexterous manipulation and whole-body control.

What You Will Do

• Develop foundation models and policies for dexterous manipulation and whole-body control using large-scale data.
• Build and scale simulation environments for training while implementing sim-to-real transfer on real robot hardware.
• Create autonomous data engines and research harnesses to measure reliability, quality, and failure modes in complex tasks.
  
  

The ideal candidate

• Deep expertise in robot learning, reinforcement learning, or imitation learning with experience training models in PyTorch or JAX.
• Proven track record with robot simulation tools like Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, or Gazebo and experience with real-robot deployment.
• Technical mastery of manipulation, VLAs, or world models, combined with the judgment to balance classical and learned control.
