As the first AI Enablement Engineer at Replicant, you will build an internal AI program from the ground up. You'll bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and business functions like Sales and Finance, creating the "paved road" for AI adoption through MCP integrations, agent identity management, and cost-optimization frameworks.

- Has 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Systems, Solutions, or IT Engineer within a fast-paced SaaS or cloud-native environment.
- Demonstrates technical proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or Shell scripting, alongside experience with API integrations, secure authentication, and MCP systems.
- Possesses a "multiplier's temperament," combining the consultative skills to diagnose business problems with the engineering ability to build scalable, automated solutions.
