- 3-5+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role such as a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or Technical CSM at a B2B SaaS company.
- Hands-on experience building with AI, including configuring agents or using AI coding tools to automate manual operational processes and complex data-heavy workflows.
- Exceptional analytical problem-solver capable of managing institutional deadlines and regulated healthcare data while maintaining high-trust relationships with university administrators and health directors.
