As the Founding Growth Operator at Known, you will build and scale the growth engine from zero to millions. Leveraging your experience from top-tier prosumer startups, you'll own acquisition, viral loops, and community building. You'll report directly to the founders, executing hands-on strategies to transform how people meet in the real world.

What You Will Do

• Proven track record as a hands-on growth operator at a successful prosumer startup like Notion, Figma, Superhuman, or Linear.
• Scrappy, seed-stage generalist who can move from high-level strategy to granular execution without relying on external agencies or contractors.
• Passionate about consumer behavior and local network effects, residing in or willing to relocate to San Francisco for in-person collaboration.
